LEVEL 4 COMMERCIAL UAV PILOT & SURVEILLANCE & INTELLIGENCE

Level 4 Diploma in the Remote Piloting of Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Commercial Operations.

This qualification is delivered over a 4 week period along with home study and is appropriate for individuals engaged in the remote piloting of unmanned aircraft systems for a commercial operator as well as those who wish to develop their Surveillance and Intelligence Gathering capabilities.

Topics include:

Knowledge of regulations, safety issues, preflight processes and procedures, flight manoeuvres, post flight procedures and emergency procedures;

candidates will also develop an Operations Manual for the commercial use of unmanned aircraft systems.

The course will include both Urban and Rural applications and training for covert and overt surveillance and reconnaissance.
